Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Gametegrity purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at 625michael@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
