Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their
original packaging.
- To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return,
and we will send instructions.
2. Return Shipping
- Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval
status.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
- The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and,
once the return is accepted, place a new order.
