Every order ships with tracking. Here's how to check on yours:
- Open the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left the warehouse.
- Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into the carrier's site.
Haven't received a tracking number? Processing takes 1–2 business days and tracking can take another day or two to activate. If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered, email 625michael@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down.
Tracking hasn't updated in a while? International and partner shipments can go quiet for several days between scans, especially during customs. If there's no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we'll investigate or reship.
Delivery estimates
- Standard (US): 7–15 business days after processing
- Express (US): 3–7 business days after processing
- International: 15–30 business days
